Return Policy

At Vape Society, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please read the details below to understand our return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened or used e-liquids.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer (unless all items are returned together).
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Send the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [specify time frame, e.g., 7-10 business days]. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase, and we will arrange for a replacement or exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges in cases of defective or damaged items.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
